中臺科技大學第十七屆國際學術研討會將於2025年12月6日（星期六）舉行，本次研討會以「智慧照護與人本設計：共創未來創新照護模式」為主題，邀請國內外學者與專家進行專題演講。研討會主題涵蓋智慧照護科技應用、人本設計理念、跨領域合作與社區共創模式，期望透過學術研究與實務交流，激盪新思維，推動更具人性化與永續發展的照護模式。同時，我們將探討智慧科技應用、跨領域合作及社區共創實踐，並匯聚國內外學者、專家與實務者，共同交流未來趨勢與挑戰，為長期照護與健康福祉提供創新解方。
The 17th International Academic Conference of Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, under the theme: "Smart Care and Human-centered Design: Co-Creating Innovative Models for the Future of Care."
This conference brings together scholars and experts from Taiwan and abroad to explore topics including smart care technologies, human-centered design, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community co-creation. Through academic exchanges and practical dialogue, the event aims to spark new ideas and promote more humanized and sustainable care models. It also seeks to provide innovative solutions for long-term care and health well-being in response to future challenges.

🔹早鳥優惠價為新台幣1000元，需於2025年9月7日(星期日)前完成報名及繳費。

(3)入校園停車費：
汽車停車：
1.停車未滿30分鐘者，免收費。
2.停車超過30分鐘者，以一小時計費，每小時新台幣30元。

4.如有未繳費情形，將無法再次入校，須先補繳上次停車費用後，方可進入校園。
5.外來車輛請遵守本校行車規範，並依規劃停車位置停放，違者將開立違規單。
機車停車：每次停車費用為新台幣30元，請以悠遊卡或一卡通感應繳費。

(3)Parking Fees:
Cars:
1.No charge if parked for less than 30 minutes.
2.For parking over 30 minutes, a maintenance fee of NT$30 per hour will be charged.
3.If the vehicle remains parked overnight, the maximum charge is capped at 8 hours per day.
4.Vehicles with unpaid parking fees will be denied entry on the next visit until the outstanding fee is paid.
5.Visitors must comply with campus traffic regulations and park in designated parking spaces. Parking violations will be issued a notice.
Motorcycles/Scooters: A flat rate of NT$30 per entry applies. Please use EasyCard or iPASS for contactless payment.
10.退費事宜 (Refund/ Withdrawal )
若因故欲取消報名者，請於原訂研討會十四天前(2025年11月23日前) email至 108614@ctust.edu.tw申請退費（逾期恕不受理），我們將保留30%的手續費，並於原訂研討會舉辦日期後統一辦理退費，約需一個月工作天數。
If you need to withdraw from registration due to unexpected circumstances, please request a refund by sending an email to 108614@ctust.edu.tw (No refund will be given after the due date of 23rd of November 2025). 30% of registration fee will be deducted as a handling charge. The refund will be received within one month of working days after the conference date.

(5) 結果通知及注意事項 (Result & Notifications)
所有的摘要，將由審查委員進行審閱，預計於2025年10月1日 前以email通知該文的代表報名作者錄取與否；投稿口頭發表者，經錄取，個別通知邀請口報。若未完成繳費者，將取消發表資格。
The members of Conference Committee will review all the abstracts. Then, the representative author of the article will be informed via email about the decision on acceptance or decline, by the 1st of October 2025. An oral presentation invitation will be individually issued to the representative author according to the committee’s decision. If the payment is not completed, the qualification to present will be revoked.
海報發表者請於海報發表時段，至少一位代表作者在場，以便進行海報發表與觀
摩。
For poster presentation, the representative author (one of the authors) is expected to be present beside your poster during the poster sessions in order to answer conference delegates’ enquiries.

The directions below are written for online-submitting abstracts to The 17th International Academic Conference 2025.
- The abstract must be No more than 500 words.
Either English or Chinese abstracts are acceptable.
2. Author’s names must be written as: full name, job title, the title of highest academic achievement, and the author’s affiliations. In addition, the representative author who registers to represent the submitted article must fill in his/her personal contact details.
3. Contents of the abstract must be written separately into each field of the Submission Form to include the following six domains, which are:
